The lawyer expressed that Carlos Díaz is 'agreeable' to the resolution dictated by judges Pablo Rolón, Alberto Ortolani, and Alberto Gaig, members of the Oral Court in Criminal Matters (TOC) number 7 of San Isidro. Olmedo confirmed that he will appeal the ruling regarding the scope of the nullities: 'They delimited it too little, for example, the issue of the popular jury trial for Dahiana Madrid (the nurse).'
